Corporate Minute Book management
We will keep your corporate minute book safe on our premises and every year inform you when it is time to file your annual return. We will prepare the annual minutes of shareholder(s) and director(s) for you to sign. We stay on track on your behalf.
Filings with Corporate Registries
Incorporating: If you decide to incorporate, there are a few steps and they all have to be completed properly and in a timely manner. Talk to us and we will help you with incorporating or we will do it for you, whether you are in British Columbia or Alberta.
Once you have incorporated, a Minute book needs to be created. Shares have to be created with a multitude of other forms. Once a year an annual return must be filled in the province you have registered in and the Shareholder & Directors minutes need to be updated. If you don’t complete your annual return once a year you may loose your Ltd. company name and status……if not sure ask us and we can either show you what you need to do or have us do it for you every year.
